Let us be the best place you'll ever work.A Brief OverviewThis role will play a critical role in safeguarding the people, assets, and reputation of Safelite. The role will support the enterprise through leading workplace violence, theft/fraud and physical security investigations across supply chain locations. This role will provide training and awareness to associates, and ensure physical security programs are being executed within the organization.What you will do:Conduct investigations to include workplace violence, theft & fraud, and physical security incidents based on incident reporting, tips, and exception-based reporting. Interview associates, contractors, and/or customers, when appropriate. Cooperate and assist law enforcement agencies when appropriate. Support Associate Relations and People Business Partners with investigations of Workplace Violence and follow up action items as appropriate.Work with business units and come up with recommendations on proactive approach to prevent loss for the company.Coordinate and drive shrink reduction programs to address losses within the building, transportation, and support store shrink programs. Support with physical protection needs such as cctv, access control, and intrusion alarm systems as warranted.Partner with internal department to create security report incident investigation case files. This includes reviewing various reports and look for suspicious activity, request any video or alarm logs that be available for review. Analyze various reports (inventory, shipping, transportation, sales) to identify loss trends and to develop strategies to mitigate those losses. Resolve suspected losses within the area using company approved tools and methods.Recommend incident disposition. This includes requesting restitution and work with customer for final resolution and obtain signed notarized release of any pertaining documents for the case file.Train leaders and associates in asset protection and workplace violence prevention programs.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required4-6 years Relevant experience RequiredTraining in interviewing techniques by Wicklander-Zulawski preferredKnowledge of the service business and risk management preferredProficient in all Microsoft OfficeTraining in interviewing techniques through Wicklander-ZulawskiAbility to multi-task, deliver under tight timelines and demonstrate excellent time-managementStrong problem solving skillsInitiative and flexibility to work independently and on a teamOur people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
