Job Description:

Title: E&I Technician Base Salary: 80,000-100,000Mining/Mineral ProductsDiagnose and resolve electrical issues, including low voltage sensors and motor controls.Maintain and update device level networks like DeviceNet and Ethernet.Install, configure, and troubleshoot analog sensors (4-20mA).Set up, test, and troubleshoot AC variable frequency drives and starters for 480V motors.Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot Ethernet devices.Assist in installing and testing control system interconnections for new construction.Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and internal safety protocols.Develop and implement maintenance schedules for control equipment.Generate maintenance reports for control teams.Perform calibration of control equipment and maintain measuring instruments.Configure and maintain plant control equipment (e.g., Allen Bradley, Schneider, ABB).Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance on control systems.Collaborate with the Engineering department to implement new control and automation technologies.Supervise and schedule electrical employees for plant operations.Collaborate with various departments as needed.Minimum Qualifications for Success:Preferred: Associates degree in a related field.Preferred: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing electrical maintenance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.Experience with PLC Configuration Software, preferably RSLogix 5000 and Concept.Knowledge of electrical codes and procedures.Ability to interpret electrical schematics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments.Benefits:Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits: medical, vision, dental.401K plan with company matching.Paid Vacation and Holidays.Disability, Life/AD&D, and Long-Term Care Insurances.Employee Assistance Program.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to
