Job Description:

The Judge Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor with Sanitation Supervisory experience in the Ottawa, IL area. COMPENSATION: $70,000 to 80,000SHIFT: 2nd Shift (2:00p - 10:00p with some Saturdays)MUST HAVE: 5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)MUST HAVE: Food Production and Sanitation Supervisory experience RESPONSIBILITIES:- Set job expectations and monitor progress- Participate in hiring, training and disciplinary actions when necessary- Maintain workflow of production processes and personnel and resources needed- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel- Establish priorities and monitor progress- Maintain quality service- Ensure operation of equipment- Ensure that the finished products are submitted and comply with CCP's- Maintain a safe and clean work environment- Prepare production reports- Conduct employee performance reviews- Ensure that SOP's, GMP's, and safety rules are followed Sanitation:- Oversee plant cleaning, sanitation, pest control, and GMP compliance- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices- Oversee training on all shifts from a sanitation perspective- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards- Validate performance of the CIP and COP system EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- 5+ years of Production and Sanitation experience (Bachelors degree preferred)- 4+ years of experience in some sort of food manufacturing environment- 2+ years of supervisory experience
