The Trade Marketing Specialist, is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive the growth and visibility of the Nashi Argan's products in retail and distributor channels. You will involved working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create trade plans and build strong relationships with all partners, according to Nashi Argan guidelines. Job Responsibilities: Strategy Developmento Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth; o Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of Nashi Argan to align trade marketing activities with overall brand strategies and objectives, in terms also of materials, content and social media efforts. Trade Promotions:o Manage and execute trade promotions/launches according to policies and procedures of Nashi Argan; o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade promotions and adjust strategies as needed following the Nashi Argan guidelines. Merchandising: o Promote point-of-sale (POS) materials and other merchandising tools to enhance product visibility and attractiveness; o Ensure proper execution of merchandising plans in saloons locations. Market Analysis: o Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, consumer behavior and competitive landscape. Relationships: o Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders; o Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with retail partners to discuss performance, opportunities and collaborative initiatives. Category Management: o Work with sales on category management to optimize sales strategies; o Suggest insights and recommendations to sales to drive category growth. Training and Support:o Provide training and support to sales teams and all partners on product knowledge, merchandising standards and promotional activities; o Distribute sales tools and materials to assist in trade marketing efforts. Event Management: o Participate trade shows, industry events, and retailer meetings to promote products and strengthen relationships. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus. Experience3-5 years of experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Skillso Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); o Good command of Social Networks; o Knowledge of market research tools and data analysis; o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines; o Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with digital and graphic design marketing; • Familiarity with category management and retail training topics; • Demonstrated success in developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
