Voted ranking Ranking Arizona for the past 5 years and featured on The List TV as national social media contributors.Job Overview:The Social Media Ads Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid social media campaigns for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media Ad platforms, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset to drive successful advertising initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy and Planning:Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies tailored to clients' goals and target audiences.Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content that aligns with campaign objectives.Ad Creation and Management:Create, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok).Monitor and adjust ad bids, targeting, and budgets to ensure optimal performance and ROI.Performance Analysis and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using analytics tools.Provide clients with detailed performance reports and actionable insights.Client Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media ad campaigns.Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.Trend Monitoring and Adaptation:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, tools, and best practices.Continuously test and implement new ad formats and techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.Team Collaboration:Work closely with account managers, designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when necessary.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media ad campaigns.Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.).Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Certification in social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.Only qualified candidates need apply.As an employer recognized for our exceptional commitment to employees, we are able to offer a wide variety of benefits, programs, and services which address the needs of employees and their families.
