Job Description:

Our client or the "Company" is a privately owned manufacturing company with between $100MM-$500MM in revenue based near Wooster, Ohio. The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting activity within the manufacturing plant and reports directly to the Controller.A few areas of focus include:Post month-end journal entriesMaintain G/L and financial reports to operating team.Understand and explain variances.Develop reporting and monitoring tools to assist operating team with day to day management.Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and previous experience in a manufacturing company as an Accountant or Accounting Manager. CPA or audit experience preferred. Experience with FP&A and strong cost accounting experience is preferred.
