Ulla Johnson is seeking a Merchandise Planning and Allocation Manager!The Merchandise Planning and Allocation Manager at Ulla Johnson will be responsible for supporting and expanding the planning functionalities of our growing DTC business, including Ecommerce and all Brick-and-Mortar stores. This role will sit within the Merchandising and Planning Department and will work closely with Digital, Wholesale and Logistics teams.Overview of the Role:Create comprehensive Division and Class reporting to be managed on weekly and monthly basisGenerate seasonal sell through reporting by channel/division/classOTB management including yearly and monthly sales plans, seasonal line flows and receipt plans by locationPropose seasonal budgets and work closely with Senior Buyer to create divisional and class budgetsProvide replenishment and RTV targets to maintain OTB inventory levels by locationOwn Monthly and Weekly sales plans by locationCreate and run DTC margin analysisHelp generate sku plans by price pointWork closely with Digital Growth Manager to optimize inventory and sales potentialHelp propose and maintain balance of seasonal, core and carryover inventoryComplete sales and inventory plans for new store openingsQualifications:Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.Familiarity with retail management software and ERP systems.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills to manage sales plans, inventory, and margins.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and planning.Personal AttributesProblem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Proactive: Initiative to drive improvements and efficiencies in processes and planning.Salary Range: $96,000-$114,000While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Ulla Johnson reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
