Whether you are talking to one of our brokers in New York, Mumbai, or Beijing, you will find the exemplary service never ends.A DAY IN THE LIFEWorking in conjunction with the Cargo sales team and Operations teamFlight tracking and monitoring of flight view system for clients and sales teamAccurate data entry, logging of flight timesFiling all paperwork, ensuring organization and proper handover to the Ops teamAssisting in the setting up of airport handling, and trucking (both domestic and international)Liaison with airlines and clientsPreparing pre and post-flight reportsReport and maintain accurate information about flight updates and issuesUnderstanding or experience of flight planning, flight time limitations, weather chartsIn-office positionVariable Schedule (2-week rotation):Week A: Sunday to Tuesday 6am to 6pm (1800)Week B: Monday to Wednesday 6am to 6pm (1800) and Thursday 3pm (1500) to 8pm (2000)Subject to change based on coverage needsTHE INDIVIDUAL1-2 years of an aviation-related environment, logistics, or operations preferredProfessional telephone etiquette with an ability to communicate effectivelyDetermination with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and decisivenessWell-organized with the capability to work independentlyBasic technical and computer skills are a mustTeam player, self-motivated and goal-orientatedResults-driven and disciplined with good attention to detailWHAT IS IN IT FOR YOUSalary $57,500 USDA dynamic and fast-growing companyJob stability and leadership support of developmentAward-winning professional training and one-on-one mentoringACS covered international training based in our London HQClear path for career advancementBalance between independent and team-oriented workA welcoming, enjoyable, and interactive environment - seasonal events and team night outingsCheck us out on social media!
