Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Web Designer located in Magnolia, TX. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and creating visually stunning and functional websites for our clients. The Web Designer will also be responsible for graphic design, front-end development, responsive web design, and ensuring overall quality control of website designs.QualificationsWeb Design and Graphic Design skillsExperience with Graphics and Front-End DevelopmentKnowledge of Responsive Web DesignExcellent communication and collaboration skills· Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in digital as a front end content and UI/UX designer· A broad knowledge of technology solutions, strong HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Javascript skills, responsive design, and UX principles.· Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.· A strong working knowledge of CMS principles, wire framing and best practices· Knowledge of code splitting, lazy loading, and other performance optimization techniques· Knowledge of back-end development· Experience with UX and design processes· Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them· SKILLS· Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or FigmaBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
