Educate customers on the reconstruction process and ensure clear communication throughout. Facilitate collaboration between various stakeholders to ensure project success.Project Planning: Identify and document project scope, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Review estimates and verify pricing accuracy, addressing any discrepancies promptly. Obtain necessary authorizations and ensure material budgets are in order.Project Execution: Schedule and conduct pre-construction walkthroughs with customers, addressing concerns and confirming expectations. Coordinate with subcontractors and resource providers, ordering materials and scheduling deliveries as needed. Conduct site visits and customer check-ins to monitor progress and ensure quality control.Staff Overview: Collaborate with estimation team and contractors to process reconstruction projects efficiently. Maintain up-to-date reports and oversee field personnel, conducting performance reviews as needed.
