Job Description:

The Residential Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to assist the Manager. This position also performs regular duties, works with the respective program manager and /Director of Clinical Services to assist in overseeing the residents' care, programming, activities and other related services to meet their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Supervisory duties (under direction of manager/director) to include:Assist with the oversight of staff and maintaining staffing levels to grid.Ensure all shifts are staffed and can accommodate capacity of program.Be available for on-call coverage as scheduled including evenings, weekends, & holidays. Participate in onboarding new RCS staff.Complete introductory and annual evaluations.Ensure residents are attending group.Oversee and ensure resident rounds are being completed and provide RCS training on rounding.Ensure medication protocols are being followed and action plans are created when an incident is entered into the system.Offer ongoing training, support and coaching to staff members less familiar with the therapy model.Offer ongoing training, support, and coaching to RCS regarding expectations and performance.Safely Drive residents in corporate service vehicles to appointments and off ground activities.Additional Job Description:Education/Training RequirementsBachelor's degree, preferably in psychology, sociology or a related field is requiredMin of 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare environment preferredComfortable providing feedback and holding the team accountableExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferredCPR Certification is required to be completed within 30 days of employment start dateValid drivers licenseSuccessfully pass the Caregiver Background Check.Drivers License - Cert
