It is essential for this candidate to be a self-starter with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness, expanding market share, and contributing to overall business growth.Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and refine the overall marketing strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends, discounting performance, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and other online channels. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image across all channels. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure the team's success in executing marketing campaigns.Agency Management: Work with agency partners to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.Qualifications:9-13 years of experience in marketing or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Foodservice or retail experience is a plus.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of current marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
