Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of programs and projects to successfully meet the organization's and business partners' goals. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific programsprojects, ensuring consistency with the company's strategy, commitments, and goals.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategize, implement, and maintain enterprise program initiatives to meet organizational objectives.Work closely with business sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for the program.Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.Education and Experience12+ years of programproject management experience, specifically within Salesforce, ServiceNow andor Amazon ConnectTelephony.Experience with Agile and Traditional methodologies.Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Financial services industry experience.Business analysis experience would be a plus.
