Who you are:You are hard-working, knowledgeable, budget-conscious, well-versed in trade work, schedule-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team!Duties:Construction Managers are the face of Mammoth Construction in the field and are expected to maintain a professional, personal appearance.  They meet frequently with owners, inspectors, and other professionals and are always present to witness the work being performed. Overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and other contract documents Effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and ownersPerforming daily quality control and safety checksReport all safety incidents to the Senior Construction Manager   Accurate and timely reporting of all daily jobsite activity within Construction Management SoftwareMaintaining a neat, orderly, and safe job siteInventory and approve all building materials before installationConduct on-site and virtual meetings with subcontractors and office personnelConduct weekly task specific Toolbox Talks with subcontractorsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 15 years applicable experience10 years' experience as a Construction Manager, Site Superintendent or equivalent OSHA 30 certified or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hireWhat we offer:We offer Healthcare Insurance, PTO, 401K match, and ancillary insurance options.
