The Reset Specialist role is an important driver of our retail strategy and execution. Thatí¢€™s why we want the best of the best-YOU! Your Main Focus Will Be: + Providing branch level direction and focus on the implementation of Shelf Management software. + Ensuring quality procedures are followed through the proper rotation of coolers/shelves/displays and stored product in all accounts visited. + Identifying opportunities at store level and headquarter level for the implementation of shelf management programs. + Creating a sales portfolio of account resets to evaluate and track sales increases. + Developing and maintaining an account specific product library. + Analyzing retail store level sales trends and identifying opportunities for distribution, space and position. + Making presentations to ensure successful implementation of POGí¢€™s at store level. + Analyzing information from the sales team, syndicated market data and store specific data to present schematics that enhance product position and increase sales. + Assisting Sales Supervisors as needed with resets. Position Requirements: + Associates degree preferred. + Valid Driver's License and car. + 1-2 years of experience in merchandising and resets in a retail environment. + Experience in chain sales. + Proven track record in leveraging planograms. + Knowledge and experience in the beer industry is strong plus. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. + Proven decision making and problem solving skills. + Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. + Advanced Excel skills. The typical range for someone entering this role is $70,000.00-$75,000.00 annually, including base salary and commission opportunities. However, this may vary based on market factors.
