You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's financial operations. This includes financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, general ledger, cost accounting, financial statements, and tax preparation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to our strategic planning and decision-making at the highest levels.Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.2. Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organizational financial documents.3. Collaborate with financial management and other team members to develop budgets, perform cost analyses, and prepare reports.4. Stay current with all regulations, practices, tax laws, and reporting requirements.5. Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments.6. Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins.7. Oversee financial reporting and operations and provide recommendations for improvements.8. Work closely with executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations.9. Ensure compliance with all internal and external financial and legal requirements.10. Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.4. Proven knowledge and experience in financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, general ledger, cost accounting, financial statements, and tax preparation.5. Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.6. Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant computer applications.7. Excellent leadership abilities to oversee the entire accounting department.8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.10.
