Immediate need for a talented Front Desk Admin Assistant. This is a 06+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Columbus, OH(Onsite). Client will provide free parking.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Administrative Assistant.Basic office planning, administration and corporate procedures and policies knowledge.Greet Guest, manage kitchens, office supply and conference rooms.Interest in learning video setup and basic PC operations.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Demonstrated initiative and decision-making skills in order to evaluate, recommend, and implement solutions to office workflow problems.Verbal and written communication skills to correspond and interact with all levels of management, external companies, customers, and other contacts.Ability to proofread own work and the work of others for content and format accuracy. Intermediate mathematical calculation skills.Ability to operate business machines, and personal computer with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Lotus Notes.Ability to organize information and work with others to resolve problems.Our client is a leading Insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
