Job Title: Capsulation Machine OperatorLocation: Livermore CAKey Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for:Machine Operations: Setting up, operating, and maintaining capsulation machines, ensuring they meet product specifications.Sanitation: Cleaning machines and equipment after each batch, maintaining a sanitary environment, and reporting any sanitation issues to supervisors.Quality Control: Conducting tests and inspections to ensure the quality of capsules, removing any defective items, and maintaining accurate production records.Production Support: Reading and following work orders, adjusting machine components, and transferring completed capsules to storage areas.Qualifications:A high school diploma or equivalent.1-2 years of relevant experience.Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production machinery.A commitment to safety and sanitation protocols.Physical Requirements:Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.Proficiency in operating machinery.Work Environment:A warehouse setting with varying temperatures and noise levels.Use of protective gear such as gloves, face masks, and uniforms.
