We have multiple charitable initiatives each year including an annual golf tournament, where all the proceeds are donated.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinate and schedule Interviews for Executive Recruiters and clientsAs part of team, you'll support Executive Recruiters to help our clients (fortune 1000 companies) find, recruit, and hire top talent in their field.Market research for current and prospective clientsData Entry for candidate and client databaseClient and candidate outreach on behalf of the executive recruiterAssist with and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions with clientsCollaborate with management to analyze and forecast staffing needs and strategiesPrepare and review service contracts and agreements for clients and candidatesWorking closely with sales and operations personnel to maintain an integrated team approach to ensure healthy candidate pipelineParticipate in and develop special projects to enhance and improve the recruiting department's functionsAssist with process improvement initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking for:Self-starter/ someone who takes InitiativeAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have solid understanding of Word and Excel (must be able to create and manipulate advanced formulas, and reformat documents)Must be willing to occasionally complete tasks before or after hoursPrevious administrative experience preferredAbility to multitask critical functions and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time sensitive deadlines
