If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant to join our clients growing team based in the far west Chicago suburbs. In this 100% on-site role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining sales operations processes and ensuring the team remains organized and efficient. Your extensive experience will be invaluable in maintaining smooth workflow processes, supporting sales representatives, and ultimately contributing to the organizations overall success. If you are detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a proven track record in administrative support within a sales environment, we would very much like to hear from you!Responsibilities: Support strategic Sales Leaders and the sales team.Organize, coordinate, and schedule multiple large scale sales meetings per year with a high visibility to both clients and international senior leadership.Manage reporting and analytics with heavy excel reporting incorporating VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables for distribution to sales leaders and team members.Presentations: Skilled with creating engaging PowerPoint presentations to be used within the sales teams and company-wideCoordinating travel arrangements and calendaring for executives and sales teamsSkilled with working independently while maintaining a high level of organization and the ability to multi-task and/or pivot duties as needed.Requirements:Must have 8+ years of Administrative/Executive Assistant experiencePrior experience in supporting a sales team or as a high level executive assistant supporting other departments of high visibility.Must be a detail oriented, organized and an independent professional.Experience with meeting preparation and scheduling travel arrangements (mostly domestic)Skilled with processing expense reports, and managing reporting processes.Ability to plan and execute client and sales meeting with up to approximately 60 attendees.Proficient in MS Office: Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint, MRP and CRM.Prior work in a business professional corporate environment and understanding of how to reflect a professional business image on a daily basis.Ability to handle confidential and times sensitive details, documents and projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
