Our comprehensive early intervention services are tailored to each child's unique needs and are provided at no direct cost to families.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Assistant at 123 Baby Talks. The Teacher Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities in the classroom, assisting the lead teacher with lesson plans, facilitating activities, and providing one-on-one support to children. The Teacher Assistant will also assist with maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.QualificationsAssistant Teaching and Education skillsStrong communication skillsExperience working with childrenBasic knowledge of mathematicsAbility to work collaboratively with the lead teacherPatience, empathy, and a nurturing attitudeAbility to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic classroom settingExperience with special needs children is a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.Must be willing to undergo comprehensive background checking and fingerprinting.
