We have been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Tax and Accounting Firms and our experience spans a wide variety of private businesses, public businesses, governmental, and not-for-profit entities.Currently, we are in search for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients.Job Summary: Manage tax compliance, clients, employees and various tax projects through all related phases of the tax process with minimal supervision. Tax work will consist of various industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, insurance, health care, governmental, wholesale/distribution, financial institution and nonprofit companies.Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:CPA required5+ years of public accounting experience in income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations with a minimum of 2 years at the tax manager levelComprehensive understanding of income tax lawsIncome tax research experience and skillsAbility to manage client engagements from start to finishStrong training & mentoring abilitiesA proactive and responsive individualStrong leadership skillsStrong management skills, able to lead a teamExcellent interpersonal skillsWillingness to work > 40 hours per week during tax seasonAbility to supervise and train professional staffAbility to work in the U.S.
