Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Director of Demand Planning, Allocation & Outlet to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).Job Duties Include:Oversee product assortment matrix by style by storeAssist in guiding planner in building model stock to support appropriate stock levelsCollaborate review sales demand forecast during transition into predictive sales forecasting methodologySupport sales forecasting in permanent product for sales planningOversee allocation of product and rebalances to support sales and inventory efficienciesAnalyze, review, and build efficiencies with reporting to understanding trends, opportunities, and liabilitiesOversee assortment, allocation, pricing, and stock levels by outlet storeMonitor outlet model stock creations and uploadsManage execution of sale implementation and pricing for outletsIdentify and assist with sustainability initiatives within the product lifecycleDevelop Excel templates to analyze business and develop strategic decisionsCoach, train and develop team to ensure goals are achievedFoster job satisfaction and positive morale for direct reportsPerform systems and process training as neededJob Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree required10+ years of experience in planning, finance experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office/Suite (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Macro strongly preferred)Ability to build user friendly spreadsheets for efficiencyExperience with Anaplan and Cegid preferredExperience working in medium sized multinational company or luxury business preferredAdditional language fluency is a plusAbility to adhere to company policy and confidentialityStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to grasp new concepts quickly, prioritize efficiently, and is organizedStrong follow up, follow through and attention to detail to ensure deadlines are metStrong knowledge of computer systems/programsSalary: Up to $165k annually depending on experience + bonus While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
