Job Description:

Duties: Will assist a daily team of Technicians by collecting samples, test in-process samples, and finished samples.• Media making• Daily water collecting and testing.• Will make and record observations.• Preform simple calculations.• Help in support functions; stocking and distributing supplies, collecting, washing, and storing glassware.• Other tasks as needed.Skills:• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Microsoft Office skills• Ability to multitask• Aseptic technique• Microbiology background• Previous lab experienceEducation:Associate degree with at least 2 years lab experience (experience can be college lab work).Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Food Science straight from college. Manager will consider candidates graduating in May 2024.
