Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Refrigeration Technician at A Degree Above Mechanical. The Travel Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting refrigeration systems, working with electricity, performing maintenance and repairs, and handling HVAC systems. This role is primarily located in northern Florida at this time --- but this is a traveling position.We pay hourly, housing, per diem, and overtime. This is a 1099 position with opportunity to become W2. QualificationsPreventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting skillsMinimum 6 months refrigeration technician experienceExperience working with electricityMaintenance & Repair skillsHVAC system knowledge and experienceExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRefrigeration technician certification is a plus
