This is our mission"”this is what we are set to achieve.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer at A&C Tech, Inc. As the CMO, you will lead and implement our marketing strategies to drive user growth and enhance brand awareness. Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to market planning, market research, public relations, marketing management, sales leadership, and team expansion. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and the success of our marketing efforts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives, focusing on accelerating user growth and enhancing brand awareness.Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (SEO, social media, content marketing) and traditional platforms, to ensure effective reach and engagement with target audiences.Lead public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive brand image. Craft and disseminate compelling narratives that highlight the company's innovations and values.Actively seek and secure strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market position and product offerings. Negotiate terms that favor business growth and sustainability.Build, manage, and mentor a marketing team capable of executing high-impact campaigns. Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Utilize analytics tools to gather insights that inform strategy adjustments. Respond to data with agile modifications to tactics, ensuring the company remains adaptive in a fast-paced industry.Maintain an understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape to ensure all marketing practices comply with legal standards.Serve as a key communicator with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive language suitable for diverse audiences.Ensure that all marketing activities are executed within budget and time constraints, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact.QualificationMaster's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.5+ years of experience in the marketing agency, AI, tech, or fintech sectors, preferably with direct experience in Web3 or AI related fields.Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative user acquisition strategies, including SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, and community building, particularly within the Web3 ecosystem.Expertise in deploying digital and traditional marketing tools and tactics.Strong experience in managing public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and credibility.Ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with media outlets and the public, aligning with Web3 values and innovations.Experience in identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships that expand business opportunities and enhance product offerings.Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, and the regulatory landscape affecting Web3 is a plus.Ability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.Legal eligibility to work in the United States.Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong verbal and written English proficiency.Salary RangeThe salary for the Chief Marketing Officer ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on qualifications, experience, and expertise.What we offerGenerous employee stock options401(k) - company match up to 5%Vision, Dental, and Medical InsuranceBonusPTOFree Office lunchJob Type:Full-timeLocation: Irvine, CA
