Job Description:

A family of five, in Rye, NY, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily maintenance, all laundry, changing sheets, grocery shopping, light cleaning, on occasion, of the guest house next door. All candidates must drive. There are some light childcare duties as well: preparing snacks or meals and dropping a child off locally. Keeping an eye on a playdate. All candidates must be able to travel to the family's summer home in Cape Cod and work there in the summer (mid-July thru end of August). Cooking ability is preferred especially the ability to make quick dinners for the children if need be. Dog care: walking, feeding, and ideally able to stay with the dog when family travels. The schedule is: 40 hours/week (10am-6pm) with flexibility for more hours (on weekends occasionally). Salary range: $40-45/hour. Immediate start.
