RecruiterRole DescriptionThe (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent.This role is a Contractfor a project that should last 6-8 weeks or possibly longer.Talent Acquisition:Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and/or education for hourly entry-level labor rolesConduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback.Record, track, maintain and meet recruitment metrics.Work closely with others in a collaborative environment, also be self-motivated, and have exceptional time-management skills.Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities.Qualifications and Skills RequiredMinimum1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Sales Cold-Calling, Inbound and Outbound Customer ServiceOutgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven. Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and celebrating success with the teamAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions. Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background/reference checksAbility to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills.Ability to accurately follow instructions.Understands the need for maintaining high levels of confidentiality.Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Even-tempered, grace under pressureDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills and enjoys working with a team.Strong attention to detail. Access to stable broadband internet, smartphone, and your own computer.Must work nights/weekends as project needs may require.Highly computer literate with capability inExcel, Word, Outlook, ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, G-Suite, and using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
