The Branch Manager coordinates the activities of the staff and provides leadership. The BM interviews customers using advanced interpersonal skills. This individual utilizes professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner to perform responsibilities.Principal Accountabilities and Key ActivitiesDevelops and assures that Branch growth, profitability goals and objectives are metManages all loans including, approval of customer loans and sales finance contracts within delegated authority for lending limitsMaintains Branch delinquency control and personally engages with delinquencies as appropriateDevelops and maintains Branch budgetDelegates the daily assignments of solicitation of new and existing customersOversees personnel management including, recruiting talent, hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, and salary administrationExemplifies and expects that impeccable customer service is always maintainedEnsures that communication is disseminated in a timely and efficient manner to all Branch employeesFollows up on all Audit results & recommendationsEducation, Qualifications and ExperienceEssentialHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum one to two (1-2) years' experience in financial services dealing with customers and managing staff personnelAbility to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulatorsDemonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgementAdvanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settingsAbility to maintain confidential business and personal informationAction and result focusedStrong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)Proficient with MS Office Suite productsMust possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile
