Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required. • 24 months of Pediatric Cardiovascular Operating Room experience is required. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license in hand at the time of application. • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Floating Expectations (i.e. first to float, None, etc) : within scope Shifts/Scheduling: Mon-Fri, 10 and 13 hour shifts. Looking at possibly moving to 12 hour shifts, 10 hour shifts: 0600-1630 or 0900-1930. Work 6am start if 2nd on call, will work 9am shift if 1st on call, 13 hour shifts: 6a-730p Weeknight Call: 10-12 shifts of call in a 6 week period including 1 full weekend of call. Call starts at end of shift until next morning Weekend Call: will be required to do weekend call about 1 weekend per month. Weekend call is Friday end of shift until Monday morning.
