Job Description:
We rely on and trust our Senior Director of Clinical Education to perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents

Employee Assistance Program Responsabilities: Directs the Clinical and dietary functions of Golden Living Centers.
Monitors organization's compliance with regulatory standards, local, state and federal
Directs the development and implementation of strategic clinical and nutritional programs in order to improve quality and compliance
Directs in the development of educational materials needed to support professional service standards
Must adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics policy, including documentation and reporting responsibilities
Partners with company leadership in order to assure alignment between operational and clinical strategies
Oversees resources devoted to Quality of Life, Nutrition Services, Clinical Information Solutions, Alzheimer's Care and Nursing Services
Ensure district 63 center leaders institute, deploy and effectively utilize clinical systems and standards that improve patient outcomes, produce exceptional quality care and reduce unwanted or unplanned hospital readmission
Ensure that a high % of assigned centers achieves their financial targets and produce consistent operating results
Operate at a strategic level using business savvy and relationship building to position their facilities for consistent operating performance and future growth, where achievable
Monitor key metrics and provide direction to team and other key positions in designing strategic interventions that drive desired results
Assist with new hire training, provide interim support during vacancies
Assist with mock surveys,
Assist with oversight of focus center, mentor/mentee connections, other miscellaneous assistance as needed Qualifications: Registered Nurse - Required
A Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of ten years management experience in healthcare with at least five years in acute and/or long-term care in a multi-facility or corporate position
Must be able to travel extensively, including overnight stays and work on-site
Capable of being a spokesperson for the Company in clinical and quality matters
Must be willing to travel when needed.
