Job Description:

NTT DATA Services currently seeks an Agent Services Call Center Rep to join our team in Franklin, TN. This is a hybrid role, training will be onsite. This is a 6+ month contract role.Working with our sales team, you will learn how to help our agents grow sales in the Medicare health market while building a strong and collaborative relationship with your team. In this role, you will act as a primary resource for product and agent service support for field sales and/or customer teams.Role Responsibilities• Handles multiple incoming calls from agents nationwide• Possesses knowledge all health products available to the senior market.• Gives guidance with sales inquiries• Manages various software applications while taking calls and documents processes effectively• Cultivates positive and successful relationship with field sales force/broker/consultant community/customer teams• Navigates and instructs the customer on how to use agent support website• Completes sales orders and requests for materials• Trains and mentors other employees if needed• Manages other support projects for team as neededRequired Skills/Experience *1+ years health insurance sales, preferably with a focus on Medicare health services * 1+ year experience reading and comprehending simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. *1+ year writing simple correspondence. *1+ years effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization 1+ years Business Blocks and CPR+ 1+ years working in a call center environment responsible for taking 50+ call a day.Preferences - Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in face paced sales environmentEducation -Verifiable high school diploma or GED requiredHours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm CSTNTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
