Great work ethic and career commitment Be self-motivated, positive, driven, and helpful. Professional appearance and work ethics. Ability to work a flexible schedule: including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Quality guest relations, both in person and over the phone. Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling. Basic skills and knowledge of social media use.
