This is a pivotal role that will oversee all aspects of electrical installations for our healthcare and hospital projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the management of electrical construction operations, with a particular emphasis on healthcare facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our company's projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in our electrical work.Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all electrical construction activities for healthcare and hospital projects. Coordinate and oversee the work of electrical subcontractors to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Develop and implement project schedules and work plans in collaboration with the project team. Ensure all electrical installations are completed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and quality control measures are being adhered to. Manage and resolve any issues, conflicts or discrepancies that arise in the field. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other construction professionals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff and field workers. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all electrical construction activities. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide regular updates on project progress.Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry. Proven experience in managing electrical construction operations for healthcare or hospital projects. Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local electrical regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Valid state electrician license.
