At WeCool Toys Inc., we have a vision to redefine the toys and crafts industry with creative, and innovative new products.WeCool Toys is proud part of the Paladone Group Holding LTD CompanyThe opportunity:We are looking for two talented individuals to become our Junior Product and Sales Assistants within our product development Team.This will be a full-time office-based role at WeCool Toys head office based in Point Pleasant, NJ, United StatesInitially this role will be fixed term position until end of October 2024, with the possibility of a permanent position being offered.The role will report to our Senior Product ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Support:Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation and specificationsHelp coordinate product launches, including preparation of packaging materials and product samplesConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and entry level competitive analysisSupport the product team in managing the product lifecycle from conception to launchSales Support:Manage customer sample requests and coordinate shippingCreate and maintain line lists and PowerPointsShowroom support and management with product teamTradeshow coordination supporting the Senior Product ManagerAdministrative Support:Provide administrative support to both the product teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondenceSupport sample coordination for customer meetingsCreate shipping labels and track customer samplesCollaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support of product and sales initiativesParticipate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessionsWhat we need you to bring to the team: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience: Previous experience in a sales or product support role is a plus but not requiredSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEagerness to learn and develop new skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to take on new challengesBenefitsSummer hours - Finish at 1pm on a Friday (Hours compressed in to week)Competitive hourly salaryOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentCollaborative and supportive work environmentWhat is next?If you are ready to join the Paladone team then click apply and submit your Resume, Covering letter .
