The Integral Group is sourcing for candidates in the following cities: Atlanta, GA Position Summary This Senior Project Manager position involves owner representative responsibilities for new construction and renovation projects from design conceptualization through permitting, construction through stabilization. Core Duties and Responsibilities This role will require the provide project management leadership to various client. You will work with world-class real estate development professionals and coordinate with Atlanta neighborhood and community leaders. Attributes/Qualities The successful candidate must be: * Willing to embrace the company's mission, vision, and core values * Of high integrity and subscribes to high ethical standards * A proven strategic and visionary leader * A skilled manager who sees things strategically, while ensuring that implementation is well done locally * An excellent writer and communicator * A collaborative leader * Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented * Highly intelligent, yet able to maintain a collegial environment and build consensus * Able to receive coaching, while being able to inspire and coach others * A well-respected project management professional * A problem solver Essential Job Functions Essential functions for this position relate to the responsibility of oversight of development functions of projects, which include but are not limited to: * Collaborates with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed. * Ensures that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements. * Creates, plans, manages, monitors, and distributes project communications artifacts like charters, schedules, and budgets, and reports on activities related to the project. * Provides project status updates at predetermined time intervals to all stakeholders. * Communicates routinely to management, customers, project team members, and other stakeholders, actively soliciting and addressing customer and project team feedback. * Assists in business development efforts to create project proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules. * Sets and monitors project budgets and staffing requirements. * Ensures adherence to legally binding requirements. * Establishes key project criteria metrics. * Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in operational plan. * Plans and leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers. * Responsible for coaching, managing, and motivating the project team, as well as resolving team conflicts. * Resolves technical and operational issues as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, preferably in real estate, finance, business administration, urban planning, construction, architecture, or civil engineering. Master's degree in real estate development, urban planning, or finance is a plus. 10 + years in real-estate investment industry is preferable, or alternatively demonstrated PM experience in residential & mixed-use projects. Experience with LIHTC a plus but not required.
