Overview WCTractor is an established equipment dealership with ten locations all over Texas. Yard Foreman Responsibilities As a Yard Foreman with WCTractor, you will oversee the general maintenance of the yard, store and shop as well as the movement of equipment inventory within WCTractor premises. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Loading, unloading and moving heavy equipment * General yard maintenance * General maintenance within store, shop and surrounding yard * Provides exceptional customer service Yard Foreman Qualifications Qualifications Minimum requirements include: * High school diploma or equivalent * Customer service skills * Ability to operate 6000 LB to 8000 LB A/T forklift rig, agricultural, turf and light construction equipment * Ability to strap and/or tarp equipment to trailers as needed * Attention to detail * Basic computer skills * Some agriculture/construction equipment knowledge preferred Closing WCTractor's mission is to be the best in the eyes of our customers, employees, community, and industry, and to reflect honesty, integrity and Christian standards and values in all we do. Since 1939, a number of local families have owned and operated the business, including the Cades, Kankels, Quinns, Koehnes, Jensens, and now Wackmans.
