You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing marketing strategies, tactics, and operations in close collaboration with other Associate Directors of Clinical Marketing and marketing and communications team members to accomplish goals of growth, loyalty, and awareness. The role will integrate consumer segmentation, marketing automation, advanced marketing and reputation management technology platforms, campaign/ad platforms, and agile project management methodologies to build and enhance return on marketing resources, alongside a deep dive into consumer insights to inform and guide marketing decisions. Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Management - In collaboration with other marketing leaders and teams, guide comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, increasing lead generation, loyalty, and consumer experience. Consumer Insights - Utilize CRM, CDP, CMS, digital purchasing platforms, analytics platforms and other marketing tools to create dashboards and reports that inform marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring that efforts resonate with target audiences. Market Insights - Oversee the collection, analysis, consolidation, and interpretation of market and consumer data, using this information to optimize future marketing initiatives, strategic decisions, and reporting to stakeholders. Agile Operations - Enable the proper execution of agile project management and tracking methodologies across all clinical marketing teams, including the development of processes and technology that increases adaptability and efficiency in campaign execution, strategy development, and stakeholder communication. Lead Management - Employ marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to refine the process of managing leads through the engagement process, enhancing conversion rates and lead quality. Collaborative Team Environment - Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams and external partners to streamline marketing and engagement processes, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. Compliance and Data Privacy - Ensure all marketing activities adhere to data privacy standards and regulations, protecting sensitive consumer information. Responsive Support and Continuous Improvement - Provide timely support for internal requests related to technology, reporting, and other essential services, while continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and consumer insights gathering. Team Leadership - Lead and hold accountability for a team of two digital marketing and marketing ops specialists, focused in digital media buying/placement, optimization, and marketing team throughput. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, a related area, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) required; plus 5 years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership, human relations and effective communication skills also required. Master's degree in Business Administration or related area preferred. Preferences * Minimum of 5 years' experience in a people management role over marketing operations and/or digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on consumer insights and data analysis. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM/CDP tools (e.g. Salesforce, Acquia, Hubspot) as well as digital project management tools (e.g. Asana, Workfront, ClickUp) is essential. * Exceptional analytical abilities combined with a strategic mindset, capable of leveraging consumer insights to build and execute on effective marketing strategies. * Experience in employing agile methodologies to enhance project management and team efficiency. * A commitment to detail and quality, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly. * Outstanding communication skills, vital for leading the team, collaborating across departments, and presenting insights and strategies to stakeholders. * An understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly in patient engagement, privacy considerations, and consumer behavior is preferred.
