The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings, as well as solve customer problems related to metal building construction.RequirementsResponsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Assist customers with product information, and availability.Process orders, accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.Read and understand architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.Solve customer problems related to metal building construction.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer systems and customer service softwareWillingness and flexibility to work occasional extra hours during busy periods of inquiries and issues.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
