Job Description As a Talent Recruitment Project Manager, you will lead and oversee critical strategic initiatives and projects to ensure that the talent recruitment team is delivering cutting edge attraction, souring, recruitment, and selection practices and services. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver these projects successfully, ensuring they align with organizational and team goals and enhance KIPP TX talent. Additionally, the project managers will build the talent recruitment team's capacity management framework, ensuring that the talent recruitment team has the tools, systems, and processes, to deliver A+ service for current and future hiring needs. This multifaceted position requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead talent recruitment projects * Lead the full project management cycle of talent recruitment projects and strategic initiatives to ensure client-centric, on time, and quality deliverables and/or services * Collaborate with talent recruitment leadership to align project goals with organization, department, and team goals and objectives * Conduct special studies, including research and analysis, and make recommendations for projects or initiatives to advance the talent recruitment team's work and meet team short and long term goals * Evaluate project's progress, making recommendations to adjust project scope or implementation plans, escalating issues, and enacting mitigation risk strategies that might prevent on time and/or quality project delivery * Coordinate and align key stakeholders within the talent recruitment team, talent department and across the organization to ensure seamless project execution * Facilitate user group feedback sessions and incorporate findings into project plans, deliverables and services * Keep the project sponsor, user groups, and other key stakeholders up to date on project status * Provide direction to, motivate, and lead project teams to develop quality deliverables and/or services based on project requirements * Ensure strong project closure, including, transferring and training appropriate users or owners on implementation of project processes, policies, and services * Maintain all projects and strategic initiatives documentation, including, project plans, reports, budgets, communications, etc. * Support talent recruitment annual planning processes and other planning activities to maintain strong talent recruitment operations, workflow processes, marketing, and campaigns Establish and manage talent recruitment capacity management * Devise and implement talent recruitment's first ever capacity planning framework to enable strong resource planning at key intervals (monthly, quarterly, etc.) * Leverage capacity planning approach to optimize talent recruitment operations and service delivery and improve talent outcomes for KIPP TX * Identify capacity planning tools, systems, processes, and platforms to ensure streamlined functionality of talent recruitment team capacities * Lead talent recruitment capacity planning activities, including training talent recruitment portfolio leaders and team leadership on all matters related to capacity planning * Interact with portfolio leaders, talent recruitment leadership, and talent management to project organizational current and future hiring needs * Evaluate the talent recruitment capacity management framework and recommend framework and work process improvements to better project and meet organizational hiring demands * Regularly communicate with plans and forecasts to internal stakeholders, including escalating risk of over capacity concerns Serve as an active member of Talent Recruitment Team and Family * Support recruiters leading open searches by sourcing high quality talent leads, driving applicant conversion rates, and reviewing applications * Provide logistical support for hiring processes, including in person and virtual interview setup * Foster a culture of collaboration through active participation in manager, team, department, and organizational meetings * Engage in learning and continuous improvement through co-creating a personalized learning plan and participating in development experiences to improve your practice in equity-based recruitment and leadership Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required, Degree in management, business or human resources preferred * Minimum of 3 years experience leading project management work * Project management certification (PMP, PMI, or Six Sigma) highly preferred Skills * Self - starter with a record of delivering on time, in budget, and high-quality results * Exceptional organization and time management skills.
