Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPerricone Farms, a leading citrus juice supplier located in Beaumont, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Duties: Customer Service Coordinator may rotate through various job duties including but not limited to:Grow private label and branded retail sales in conjunction with company's sales and marketing team's vision and goalsAcquire new retail customer's as well as grow sales with current customer baseCall on national and independent retail accounts with, & without, regional sales reps to increase distribution, sales and brand awarenessProvide accurate and timely information necessary to improve business, including pricing, promotions, sales trends and other competitive activity as well as a reasonable action plan.Communicate and manage sales within all layers of management team (Executive, Procurement, Sales, and Quality).Identify new business opportunities, including new accounts, partnerships, events and promotions.Assist with development and execution of retail sales programs and marketing promotions. Present and clearly communicate programs to customer's and regional sales team.Help develop strategic and tactical plan for achieving sales & profitability goals. Anticipate trends, develop forecasts and budgets, and offer strategic plan for expanding sales and distribution.Align customer needs with production capabilities to grow sales and minimize costsProvide leadership team with regular reports such as sales by market, SKU, key account performance, and weekly project updates.RequirementsJob QualificationsMinimum 5 years' experience in a regional or national account manager position.Proven work experience as a National account manager.Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements.Sales background with demonstrated history of sales performance.Solid grasp of sales metrics, performance measures, and technical indicators.A thorough aptitude for analysis and strategy.Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills.Dynamic and creative problem-solving abilities.A strong client-focused mindset.Strong Communication Skills.Availability to travel as needed.Salary Description $20 - $22
