Implement and maintain WCM practices to drive continuous improvement. Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve issues. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 7+ years of experience in plant management, with a focus on WCM. Proven track record of improving operational performance. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
