We are looking for a Senior Sales Supervisor to lead our team of roofing Sales Representatives and drive business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you!Earn $150,000 to $200,000 per year! $50,000 yearly salary + potential commission earnings of $100,00 to $150,000.Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of roofing Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance adjusters. Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development opportunities in and outside of the field. Scout perspective storm territory and analyze market trends to identify opportunities. Assist sales meetings, and review pipelines and sales performance. Interview potential Sales Representatives and build a high-performing team. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of strong direct roofing sales, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated leadership skills, with previous experience managing a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. In-depth knowledge of insurance roof replacement and industry regulations.
