Home InsteadRecruitment & Engagement Coordinator Job DescriptionKlipsch Senior Care d/b/a Home InsteadObjective:The Development & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for engagement of CAREGivers to reduce turnover and promote a high-quality culture. The Development & Engagement Coordinator will Lead all training programs for CAREGiversincluding new hire orientation, ongoing continuing education training, planning quarterly open house events and Caregiver of the year banquets. This role is to develop, mentor and maintain quality CAREGivers.Primary Responsibilities: Reflect the core values of Klipsch Senior Care (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).Schedule and lead CAREGiver orientation and new hire training including Alzheimer's and Dementia Training and continuing education learning plans required to meet Home Instead Standards.Evaluate and update all orientation and training materials as needed.Work in partnership with the Scheduling Department to coordinate CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships.Schedule and conduct CAREGiver annual reviews and all supervision including regular performance conversations, accountabilities, and problem resolution.Develop engagement strategies to promote CAREGiver retention and satisfaction.Prepare and publish the monthly newsletter.Develop, plan, and facilitate quarterly CAREGiver Meetings.Ensure Home Instead standards are met and upheld.Monitor compliance for local and federal labor and safety laws including EOE, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA.Demonstrate open and effective communication with leadership team, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients, and family members.Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.Perform other duties as assigned.Education/Experience Requirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredOne year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience may be consideredMust possess a valid driver's licenseSupervisory Responsibilities: This position with be responsible for overseeing all functions performed by the franchise office's CAREGivers.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must understand and uphold the policies and procedures established byKlipsch Senior Care, LLC.(d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise).Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies, and procedures.Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work.Must be able to establish good working relationships with the franchise owner, office colleagues, CAREGivers, and the community.Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.Must have excellent presentation skills.Must have the ability to operate office equipment.Must have computer skills and be proficient in Excel and Word.Must have the availability to work evenings or weekends as required.Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills.Benefits Home Instead offers:Medical and Dental Insurance at Employee costNew Benefits Package provided at no cost.Vacation and Sick TimePotential bonusesPaid time off for Birthday8 Paid HolidaysPay Range: 17.00-18.00
