Additionally, candidates must be U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents to be considered for this position.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and acquire new customers in key target industries. This role will collaborate with business and sales stakeholders to create campaign assets, sales enablement materials, and marketing communications aimed at increasing campaign responses and sales conversations.Key Responsibilities:Plan and develop automated, acquisition-focused industry campaigns to generate solution leads.Collaborate with business leaders on new market testing to generate interest and assess industry opportunities through fast-tracked prospect campaigns.Research key industries to identify target persona attributes and market trends.Identify and maintain prospect audience segments using internal data and third-party sources to enhance the lead funnel.Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including collateral, case studies, email templates, and videos.Utilize marketing automation to create email nurture communications to engage and convert prospects.Develop campaign strategy briefs to ensure alignment between sales and marketing on plans and objectives.Measure campaign performance and adjust channel strategies based on findings.Perform any additional tasks as assigned.Qualifications:3-5 years of campaign strategy and execution experience (preferably in technology, information services, or SaaS marketing).Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot) for creating emails, landing pages, and reports.Ability to translate ideas, campaign best practices, and business objectives into engaging and informative communications and content.Goal and results-oriented with superb verbal communication and writing skills.Strong problem-solving skills and agility, with the ability to adapt to different tasks and shift priorities as needed.Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for being part of a growing company and expanding marketing team.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.MissionStaff is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
