Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical/Data Processing Date Posted: 9/13/2024 Location: District-Wide Closing Date: 09/20/2024 BORDENTOWN REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Position Name: PowerSchool Data Analyst Employment Dates: As soon as filled - July 31, 2024 Salary: Negotiated rate of $37.11 per hour - not to exceed 25 hours per week; $8,000 per year QUALIFICATIONS: Successful applicants must possess a standard teaching certificate in any content area or a Certificate of Eligibility with Advanced Standing (CEAS) Job responsibilities include: data input, running data reports, updating and revising reports and attending training sessions. This position will also utilize the student information system to run attendance reports and create the building schedule at BRHS and consult on schedule development at BRMS. Also included is working with building principals to create standardized testing groups, class lists and other necessary documents and spreadsheets. The ideal qualifications for the successful candidate include: Ability to work directly with building administrators, supervisors, central office and staff to update, collect, revise and report on student information system data. Ability to work after school hours and on weekends to complete projects Fundamental knowledge of crafting a building schedule Analytic and mathematical expertise Working understanding of Student Information Systems Outstanding communication skills Working knowledge of PowerSchool Please apply online at: under employment.
