Call Center Representative Job Description: Manage incoming/outgoing calls from established accounts (hospitals, courthouses, law firms, etc.) Obtain legal/medical records requested by clients and providing status updates Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail Call Center Representative Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years customer service experience Must have experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel Data entry skills and the ability to multi-task PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
