United Methodist Communities in Camden County, a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Housekeeper/Floor Technician. The Housekeeper/Floor Technician supports resident care by ensuring living spaces and common areas are clean and tidy. The Housekeeper/Floor Technician will maintain all community floors in a clean, sanitary, safe, and attractive condition. Requirements for a Floor Technician: High School Diploma or equivalent. Professional floor care experience. Some previous experience in custodial/janitorial preferred . Responsibilities for a Housekeeper/Floor Technician : Floor care. Dust/clean furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and disinfect equipment including all hallways and all sitting areas. Empties and cleans waste receptacles daily. Cleans and maintains supplies in the restrooms. Moves and arranges furniture, special program set up and equipment as needed. May assist in unloading delivery trucks/monitor back door during deliveries. Appropriate use of cleaning products. Perform floor care on all surfaces. Operate scrubber/burnisher/extractor and various housekeeping equipment. Strip and finish floors.
