Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager of Property Condition Assessments to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of property condition assessment projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. As part of a team committed to ensuring accuracy, minimizing risk and building a sustainable future, the Project Manager of Property Condition Assessment is a critical role that helps us uphold our ideals and standards. Responsibilities The Project Manager will perform Property Condition Assessments along with all project management responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. Manage multiple projects concurrently. Oversee quality control throughout the project's life cycle. Cultivate strong relationships with the BLEW team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver a quality product on time. Conduct inspections and write the reports for the inspections. Communicate with Project Coordinators and Managing Directors regarding scope-of-work and client expectations throughout the term of the project. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project. Provide solid recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients, while understanding the assessment's potential impact on the transaction process. Identify and resolve issues with projects. Deliver appropriate progress reports (via PM software), recommendations to the Managing Director. Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns. Communicate and coordinate follow-up questions with Managing Director during the review process. Coordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope. Requirements A bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or a related discipline of study. A minimum of 5 years of experience in property condition assessment or related field. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues as they arise. Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to property condition assessment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and other industry standard software.
