About the Role: As lead point of contact this role will own all account relationship and communication with our key account. You will oversee messaging and interaction across functional departments and worldwide regional offices. The primary responsibility is to ensure success, growth, expansion, and profitability of all Samsung programs worldwide. The role will work closely with the Samsung Global Account Head/Owner to ensure all aspects of the program and communication with the customer follows strategic lead and direction as set by owner. You will have the Opportunity to: Work with PCS's Global Head of the Samsung account to accomplish PCS Wireless goals in the different regions and Lines of Businesses. Establish and develop strong relationships with the Samsung team in the US, Korea and other markets. Within 6 months understand the structure of hierarchy of the teams we interact with to best position PCS for the projects under development. Lead the coordination of strategy and messaging across all internal PCS teams to ensure alignment with account goals and drive the execution of key action items, fostering collaboration to meet performance targets. Take full ownership of the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparing, structuring, and delivering key presentations to Samsung. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of information and maximize opportunities to showcase PCS capabilities. Leverage Korean language proficiency to drive an increase in client engagement, improving communication and accelerating project timelines with key stakeholders.
